  • Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same service.
  • Service Not Rendered: If payment was made but no service was initiated or delivered within the agreed timeline, and no communication was received from our team.

  • Dissatisfaction with design or strategy after multiple revisions already agreed upon
